General Information:
Hanzo Strength Training and Morning Yoga/meditation, group interaction, Prepare and eat meals together, cooking tips and ideas. Journaling and goal setting and steps to get there.
meals are included, Day Spa on site (services are not included with cost of retreat).
We will have time together as a group, time alone to de-compress the information, private time with Angel, time for yourself to read, walk, daydream, nap, etc...
Bring appropriate clothing for outdoor activities and for Hanzo training and Yoga (bring yoga mat, at least one bell). Bottled water will be provided. More information will be provided after registration. We can meet and carpool as well.
